My hair is low porosity, dense, true 4c kinky texture and loves this oil. I make 6 sections after washing, two strand twist each section with a half pump each section. I only air dry my hair. After drying, my hot comb glides through like butter! My hair is so soft and hydrated using this. The smell lasts forever- it’s a sweet honey floral scent that agrees with my chemistry.
Be careful not to use too much before hot combing or flat ironing because it will gunk up your tools. A little goes a long way. I’ll touch up with just the oil once a week because I like the smell.
I can’t go back to American products as I’ve had continued results from this. I’m already on my second bottle. Hope this helps anyone who was on the fence about this working on AA 4c hair :)

I've used plenty of oils throughout the years including jojoba oil which worked but it would get too greasy, however this oil really makes a difference and keeps my hair looking healthy and volumed. I usually used it like this, 1. oil . 2. Slightly dry my hair 3. Blow dry 4. Oil again (Just a tiny bit)...Now if I dont blow dry 1. I'll dry a little with a towel 2. airdry (not completely) 4. Brush hair and then oil 5. Once its completely dry 6. oil again
