Tsubaki oil is extracted by cold-pressing the seeds of the Camellia Japonica flower which is packed with oleic acids that are extremely compatible with our own skin and hair.
Concretely, the oleic fatty acids (omega 9) that it contains are very effective for retaining skin and hair's moisture.

I first used the black bottle and love itX100 so I wanted to try this. It’s decent but I feel the black version repairs and moisturizes my 4c hair much better. I also think the black version smells way better. This one smells good but not as good. Huge bottle that looks sophisticated which is nice. I’ll use what I have for washing my braiding hair before installing. I would not repurchase this one as the black version is 5 star.
