


Minogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from the Special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. Polished to 50%, this sake offers an elegant aroma and a clean, rich flavor with balanced rice umami. Crafted with soft water from the Yoro mountain range in Gifu, it is smooth and refined.
This rice wine pairs well with yakitori, grilled fish, and other traditional Japanese dishes. It is best enjoyed slightly chilled at around 15°C to highlight its clarity and aroma, though it can also be served at room temperature, around 20°C, for a fuller expression of rice umami.
