For a hot drink, whisk 2g teaspoon of powder with 70ml of hot water (80C) and whisk to foam. For a cold drink, pour 200ml ware, a few ice cubes and 2g of matcha into a shaker bottle and shake well.

There aren't enough sources backing up the trustworthiness of this website, so let me add to the discussion. I ordered on Nov 1st and received my things this afternoon Nov 6 here in the US, as opposed to their projected delivery of Nov 9-17, which was a delight. The box was beat up, but secure! All three items have an expiration date of almost 4 months, which is a perfect: matcha is meant to be used within 6 months. Other websites with this same product had reviews that there was only one month until expiration, so I was concerned. I will be ordering from this platform again!
As for the matcha... :') I picked it out thanks to a single review on YouTube from Samurai Matcha who said it was particularly sweet in comparison with other ceremonial matcha. Don't you believe him. This thing is BITTER, but it does have a brighter green color than culinary matcha. I'll probably work myself up to 2g, or figure out if I'm doing something wrong; I'm using the right temperature... But the price really can't be beat though for what it is, even accounting for the ~$13 shipping.

I tried this matcha first when I was in Japan and brought it back home; it was my introduction to matcha and I loved it. With time I have tried other brands some are better, most are not. I would recommend this one to anybody trying to get into drinking matcha, I just got 2 bags myself and don't intend to stop using it. Great for daily drinking. Leave the fancy expensive one for especial occasions
